- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- All accessories must be included

- Share your order number and reason for return
- We will arrange pickup or provide a return address
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item
💰 Refunds
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5 business days
- Online Payments: Returned to original payment method within 5–7 business days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
- Returns after the 10-day window
